1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kg6k", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kg6k platform, its operators, and their respective officers, employees, and agents.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kg6k platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the kg6k website at https://kg6k.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a player on the kg6k platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a player using a supported payment method, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a player under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before account withdrawals may be processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and kg6k. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be legally bound by all terms set out in this document.

2.2 If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2.3 These terms apply to all users of the platform, including players who access the platform without a registered account (for example, to view game information or promotional material).

2.4 kg6k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 14 (Amendments) for full details.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the kg6k platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. kg6k strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.

3.2 By registering an account, you warrant that:

• You are aged 21 years or older;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kg6k employee or contractor;
• You are not using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.

3.3 kg6k may request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kg6k platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kg6k will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.

4.5 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposit.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 kg6k accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.

5.2 Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer due to processing times applied by the issuing institution.

5.3 All funds deposited to your kg6k account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where another individual's payment account is used to fund your kg6k balance — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5.4 kg6k does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5.5 kg6k reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or decline a deposit where required for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. If your deposit was made via bKash, your withdrawal must also be processed to the same bKash account.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for players who have completed full KYC verification, though kg6k may apply enhanced due diligence for withdrawals above ৳500,000 in a single transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST on any calendar day will ordinarily be processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. These timelines are subject to successful KYC verification being in place.

6.4 kg6k reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation.

6.5 Any outstanding active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Real money balance (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC and the conditions in Clause 6.1.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 kg6k offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this section.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering on slot games contributes 100% towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering on live casino, table games, and sports markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely — refer to individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit (typically 7 days from award unless otherwise specified);
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the current promotion.

7.3 kg6k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and activated will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of activation.

7.4 Bonuses are awarded for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through strategic wagering patterns, multi-accounting, or co-ordinated play designed to generate guaranteed profit is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as possible account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on the kg6k platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. In the event of any conflict between the general rules in this section and the specific rules of a particular game, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

8.2 Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — stake, selection, odds, and market — before confirming any wager.

8.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error affecting a game or betting market, kg6k reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. This applies to live casino, slot, crash game, and sports betting markets equally.

8.4 For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined, kg6k will apply the void rules standard to that specific market. Details are available within the individual sports betting rules section of the platform.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market page and may be adjusted by kg6k at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg6k platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or referral programme through systematic or co-ordinated misuse;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kg6k staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the kg6k platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphic design, written content, logos, trademarks, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kg6k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the kg6k platform without prior written permission from kg6k.

10.3 Game software and content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 kg6k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3 kg6k's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Amendments

14.1 kg6k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must notify us and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14.3 The current version of the Terms & Conditions, bearing the effective date shown at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and kg6k that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

15.2 Our internal complaints process requires that you first submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. kg6k will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint.
